Our sales agents are experts in all territory channels of distribution that include independent dealers, buy group members, sporting goods distributors, farm & home chains, big box stores, specialty stores, and direct to consumer online retailers. To accomplish this goal, we provide traditional rep services that include developing relevant territory sales programs, sales presentations, promote products through employee training clinics, assist with new product development concepts, attend trade shows, and drive branded consumer promotions at the retail level. Alexander & Townsend also offers Direct-to-Consumer fulfillment services for our represented brands that include online setup logistics, warehousing, EDI Services, order processing, labeling, shipping and consumer return policy services. We also perform market research relevant to our territory and cultivate customer and consumer knowledge for the companies represented. Alexander & Townsend retains a small portfolio of brands facilitating greater focus and attention to our factories, which allows us to maximize communication and build long-term relationships.
